The above images are my interpretations of some animal collective nouns.
Collective nouns are words used to define a group of objects, where "objects" can be people, animals, emotions, inanimate things, concepts or other things.
The images are screenprinted and hand-bound into a book which also contains an A-Z list of collective nouns, sorted by subject. The illustrations are protected by copyright (© Sroop Sunar), from forthcoming book "An Illustrated Dictionary of Collective Nouns" to be published in 2010.
